About Me
Damon Morris is the founder of Turbine Solution, LLC, a veteran-owned FAA 14 CFR Part 145 Certified Repair Station specializing in Honeywell LTS101 and LTP101 series turbine engines. His passion for aviation was forged through years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force and United States Army, followed by key roles at Rocky Mountain Helicopters, Intermountain Turbine Services, Ameriflight, and Zodiac Aerospace. With a strong foundation in turbine engine maintenance and a commitment to excellence, Damon launched Turbine Solution in 2009 to provide reliable, expert-level support to the aviation industry. He studied at Cerro Coso Community College and Vincennes University, and continues to stay hands-on in the field he loves. Damon’s enthusiasm for aviation extends beyond the workplace—he’s now passing on his knowledge and passion to his children. When he's not working, you’ll find him with his family at Lake Powell, enjoying time on the water and surfing behind the boat.
